Do you sell voice and text separately?
No. Voice and SMS ship as one ecosystem. Same brain, same context, same number. Text is not an add-on.
Is this a software signup?
No. Alpine builds the agent, files compliance, tunes the voice, burn-in tests, and stays on it after go-live. You are buying an install and an operator, not a login.
