One person answers for this.
Alpine Autopilot is Ryan Berner's shop in Kalispell, Montana. I build and run Anna — the AI operations assistant on every install. I answer for her.
I am also a licensed Montana Realtor with West and Company, Brokered by eXp Realty. See my Flathead seller site at ryanbernergroup.ai. I am a U.S. Army veteran who deployed in support of the Global War on Terror, then worked as a U.S. Government Special Programs Security Contractor within the intelligence community. When that work ended I co-owned a local business.
Running that business is the part that matters here. The phone rings while you are in the middle of something. The person on the other end does not wait. They call the next name on the list.
I built Anna on my own real estate line first. She still answers it. Answering, following up, working the database: necessary, endless, and none of it the work that closes a transaction. Every hour she takes is an hour that goes back into the work.
That order matters. Nothing ships to a client that has not already run on my phone, against my own leads, with my own money on the line.
What that means for you
One operator. I do the intake, the build, the filing, and the burn-in. I stay on it after go-live. Registration under your EIN. No cold calling. A test protocol that has to pass before she takes a live customer call. Those rules cost us installs. They exist because I live with the same phone system I sell.
My wife and I ski most winter weekends and spend spring and summer on mountain bike trips and backcountry miles.
Where we work
Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and the Flathead Valley; Missoula, Helena, Bozeman, and Billings as remote Montana installs; statewide Montana; remote installs beyond that.
The Flathead is not a market I cover. It is where I live.
