Privacy Policy
Who we are
Ryan Berner Group, a Montana corporation, doing business as Alpine Autopilot. Contact: [email protected]. We operate alpineautopilot.com from Kalispell, Montana.
What the site collects
When you use the book-a-call form we collect the fields you submit: name, work email, phone, company, trade, role, and free-text (including “What Anna should take first”). We also record whether you checked the SMS consent box, and the time we accepted that submit. Hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, path, and time). Pageviews are cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics; conversion counters (clicks and form submits) are stored as anonymous daily totals with no personal data. We do not use Google Analytics (GA4).
Advertising cookies and pixels
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms, Inc. When you load a page, your browser sends Meta the page address, the time, your IP address and browser details, and any Meta cookies already on your device. The site also tells Meta when a book-a-call form is submitted successfully (“Lead”) and, if a booking is completed on this site through an embedded Calendly scheduler, that a booking was made (“Schedule”). We do not send Meta the contents of the form. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
We may also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. When it is turned on, Google’s tag sets cookies and receives the same kinds of page and event information (page visits, successful form submits, and on-site bookings) to measure ads and show ads to past visitors. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.
To opt out: adjust your ad settings at Meta ad preferences and Google Ads Settings, or use the industry opt-out tools from the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without these cookies.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule the call, and, if you become a client, set up service. We do not sell it. We do not share it except with processors needed to deliver the service — email delivery, hosting, and payment processing — each bound by their own terms. Those processors, as used on this site, are Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), Stripe (setup checkout), and Klarna and Affirm (optional setup financing at checkout, when you choose them). If you open the optional “Book a time” link, Calendly processes that scheduling request. A paid Anna install is covered by that client’s agreement and the disclosures set at install. This page does not replace that packet.
Texting
Texting. If you text our business line or opt in through our form, we may reply by SMS about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for 24 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymize them, unless a longer period is required by law or an open agreement.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We follow requests we receive. Residents of states with privacy laws get the same rights on request.
Children
This site and this service are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
