At go-live. Not when we start the build. Setup is a separate fee, due as agreed on intake.
What is included in the monthly fee?
$1,297 per month includes 750 call minutes and 1,000 texts. Overage is $0.60 per minute and $0.04 per message. Voice and SMS are included. Telephony is bundled. A2P filing is part of the install.
What does setup cover?
$3,500 setup covers intake, build, compliance filing, voice tune, and burn-in. It is not a software license. It is the cost of standing Anna up under your brand.
How is transaction coordination billed?
Real estate TC support is $400 per file, or $350 per file at 20 or more files per month. It is billed on files, not on the reception monthly.
