Field notes
Why the monthly starts at go-live
Setup is $7,500 at signing. The monthly is $1,297 from go-live. Month-to-month after go-live. That split is the product, not a footnote we hide until the invoice.
Alpine Autopilot builds Anna before she takes the public line. Intake, build, compliance filing, voice tune, and a formal burn-in all happen first. Monthly billing starts when she is actually on your number — not when we open the project folder.
Why setup is due before she is live
The $7,500 is the cost of standing her up under your brand. It is not a software license and not a cheaper first month. It covers intake, build, A2P filing under your EIN, voice tune, and burn-in.
If we billed the monthly on the day you signed, you would be paying for a line that is still in burn-in. We will not do that. She does not take live traffic because a calendar invite said launch. Burn-in has to hold. That rule is on how it works and on compliance.
Why the monthly is $1,297 from go-live
Once she is live, you are buying the operator and the employee: 750 call minutes, 1,000 texts, voice and SMS on the same number, telephony bundled, tuning after go-live. For real estate teams, the monthly includes up to 3 transaction-coordination files a month. Additional files are $400 per file, or $350 per file at twenty or more files a month, on the real estate page.
We do not publish a second rate card. The numbers above are the numbers.
Month-to-month after go-live
After go-live the monthly runs month to month. There is no annual lock on that monthly. Setup is one-time. Your numbers, your A2P registration, and your recordings stay yours if you leave.
Most installs run 3 to 4 weeks from intake to go-live, depending on how fast we get what she needs to know and how quickly carrier registration clears. That window is work, not a promise that every shop finishes on the same Friday.
